The limit of human vision is in the order of 100 micron. Cells in the human body are 10 microns. Hence cells cannot be seen with the naked eye but can be seen with the help of microscope.

We can't see cells in unaided eyes becuz they are very very very very very very small to see. We can only see them through microscope.
