why can't we talk in comments and questions?

bcz its not the actual place to chat here. there are direct messages to chat but comments are to talk or discuss about the question asked. also in question we cant talk bcz question is asked to be answered not to be talked.

we can't talk in comments because it is not a place to chat. moreover, people are disturbed. you can talk in direct messages or in message section. comment section is not for chatting, it is for giving valuable feedbacks. we should follow the rules.
