why can't we write an odd number in the form of 2n + 1?

I think ur ques is wrong bcoz we can write an odd no in the form of 2n+1.To support the statement the following explanation would be helpful
Let any rational no be of the form 2m
where b=2 and ≤0<r<b then r=0,1
by Euclid's Lemma a=bn+r
If r=0
then a=2n+0 ⇒ a=2n
as 2 being a factor of m then it is of even form
If r=1
then a=2n+1
as 2 is not a factor on whole then it is of odd form
Hence an odd no can be of the form 2n+1
