why can we easily move our hand in air but not in liquid or solid​

Hence, we can move our hand in air. However we cannot move our hand in a solid block because there are strong forces of attractions between particles in a solid and there is no empty space between them.

this is just because of several reasons

some of the reasons are :

the particles of gas or we can say that air are constantly removing in all directions with different speed

the particles a gas are packed very far from each other in comperision to particles of solid or liquid

so we can easily move our hands freely
