No, you cannot hear any sounds in near-empty regions of space. Sound travels through the vibration of atoms and molecules in a medium (such as air or water). In space, where there is no air, sound has no way to travel.

the main answer is that on moon there is no air and we know that sound do not travels in vaccum that's why we can't hear voice on moon

because in moon there is no more atoms present on moon. sound does not travel in vacuum
