Why cancer don't affect heart ?

well I want to explain it in short so that you can understand easily....


cancer is caused by malignant cell, in which cell loses its capacity of control in dividing by mutation it converts prooncogene to oncogen and divides rapidly...whereas if you talk about heart cell it's already in G0 phase which means it can't divide (if you read bout phases of cell divisions) so it's already doesn't have capacity of dividing....so the enzyme oncogen is not prepare...and hence there is no heart cancer........but we all knew each and every cell has capacity to be malignant can can mutate tho then there can be heart cancer too but it's extremely extremely rare.
