The candle burn with yellow colour flame because of incomplete combustion glow, the wax vapours do not burn completely as the supply of oxygen is inadequate. The carbon particles are produced and it leaves black suit on an object placed in the zone, it it is luminous zone for the zone of incomplete combustion, it is moderately hot.
