why candle burns with flame and coal does not burn with flame​

Explanation:

Wax is the substance which vaporizes during burning thereby giving flame. On the other hand, Charcoal does not vaporize and so does not form a flame. Charcoal is a combustible substance and glows while burning. It does not form flame because it is natural lump variety made from hardwood.
