A chemical change is considered to be permanent.

It is presumed that while undergoing chemical change, all bonds break up and finally form a new substance, that is irreversible.

Also, it achieves stability due to which chemical changes are irreversible. A Chemical Change should be confused with Physical change which is usually reversible.

we know that the Chemical change means the change from which the new substance is formed. and the properties of that substance are changed.

This change can't be reversed because this is the permanent Change. In This change if The substance is changed. Then it is permanent changed.

The all chemical changed are irreversible change. they can't be reversed.
