why cannot our body make food from Co2 water and Minerals like plants do ?

the answer is really simple
due to the absence of plastid in our cell no chloroplast which helps in photosynthesis is present so we have to take all the nutrients indirectly

we humans do not have the chlophyll pigment to absorb sunlight to combine H20 and C02
