we cant say anything while taking breath.... everything that we speak is during releasing breath

while we speak...we throw air out of our body which makes the vocal chords vibrate but while we take breath we are filling air inside our body...and we cant do inhaling and exhaling at the same time...thats why...hope that it will help you...
