Why cant non metals displace hydrogen from sulphuric acid?

Except Carbon (C), all other non-metals are below Hydrogen {H} in the Activity Series. So they cannot displace Hydrogen from the dilute acids in any chemical reaction

Non metals are electron acceptor so they cannot provide electron to h+ ion to convert it to H2... So they don't displace hydrogen from sulphuric acid
