why cant we feel. the effect of atmospheric pressure on us?

because the pressure from outside which is called the atmospheric pressure gets balanced with the internal generated pressure i.e our body pressure. hence v wont feel the atmospheric pressure. at times mountaineers suffer nose bleeding . this is due to mis-balance in body pressure and atmospheric pressure. in that case at altitude increases the atm. pressure decreases but internal pressure remains same so body pressure acts more and the blood vessels leak causing bleeding.
