Why cant we give life for a artificial human body made by us with every organ ??

we cant do everything but brain will not send any signal to any organ to perform cause its dead and if u try to implant an artificial brain then managing of giant netwirk of neurons is impossibke

because can't make a every piece of human body as artificially .and the reality is artificial things have some future not like a human
artificial thing can hacked by any one in the world but it not possible in human.
