Why cant we increase only the cardiac output or only the minute respiratory rate to improve oxygen delivery when we exercise? under these mismatch conditions why would some haemoglobin not reach full oxygenation?

Srikanth increase only the cardiac output are the minute respiratory rate because everything in our body is interconnected and on exercising as soon as a cardiac output increases the rate of pumping of heartincreases and also the rate of respiration because the demand of oxygen has risen inour body. and as soon as the rate of respiration increases the oxidation of hemoglobin to oxyhemoglobin takes place at very high speed disabling it from attaining its maximum oxygenation.
