why cant we see more than 3 dimensions

We can see three dimensions because they are physical in nature but 4th dimension which is time according to Einstein's equations cannot be seen .

i did not know well about 5th one but time can be affected with gravity as in black hole the gravity is much larger that even time cannot escape .
