This causes due to phenomenon of light by dust particles ......

harsh5599: This is because air is mixture of gasses and but the dust particles does not completely mix with air and show Tyndall effect
Urvashikiranshrma: Ok , tq for correcting my mistake .

  • the process of seeing the path of light is called tyndall effect
  • this occurs only in the presence of colloidal particles
  • since dust is an colloidal particle and it is absent in the room
  •                  the scattering of light will not occur
  • ∴we cant see the path of light in a dust free room
