plants take carbon dioxide it could be changed into oxygen molecules in plants during photosynthesis while humans takes Oxygen and gives out the carbon dioxide this chemical change occur in our body so the carbon dioxide is the organic compound.

Co2 is not a organic compound because organic molecules contain carbon. they contain hydrocarbons . the c-h bond has lower bond energy the carbon- oxygen bond in carbon dioxide making co2 more stable / less than typical organic compound . so ,when you are determining whether a carbon compound is organic or not look to see whether it contains hydrogen in addition to carbon is bonded to the hydrogen.
