carbon can form very large number of compounds because of following reasons
High Catenation capacity
Small size
Tetra valency
(b) The compounds in which carbon valency is satisfied with four single bonds and no multiple bonds are present, are called saturated compounds
And compounds in which carbon valency not satisfied with single bonds and multiple bonds present, are called unsaturated compounds.
(c)Unsaturated compounds are more reactive among , as carbon valency is not satisfied in them.
(d) Given formula is not clear. Please check carbon valency not satisfied.
