Why carnivores have shorter and herbivores have longer intestine

herbivores have longer intestine because they have to digest green plant and that green plants contains cellulose. so they have longer intestine.

Herbivores have long intestine because they want to digest more cellulose content.because herbivores eat grass directly which contain more cellulose in it.so to digest more cellulose it contain large small intestine.

carnivore eat only meat it is easy to digest so carnivores contain short small intestine
