why cell organelles are absent in mature mammalian RBC?​

Answer:

The RBCs need to pass through very narrow blood vessels,thus having a biconcave disk shaped structure. This shape is only possible when the nucleus and other organelles are absent. Nucleus extrudes after 1-2 days of its formation and becomes mature RBC.
