IN ANIMAL CELL, THE CELL WALL IS NOT REQUIRED SINCE ONLY SELECTIVE THINGS PASS THROUGH THE CELL. IN PLANTS THEY ALLOW BOTH COMPLETE AND SEMI PERMEABLE MEMBRANE FOR BETTER FUNCTIONING
