Cell wall is only present in plants to provide rigidity and shape to them
but its not present is animals cells because they already have cell membrane which is strong enough to give rigidity and shape to them

Cell wall is made up of cellulose. It is only present in plants as they are immobile (Can't move) and therefore, they need more protection than animals. And so, cell wall not only giver the shape and support to the cell, but protection too.

Hope it helps!
