Cemented and viscous phase in soil consistency are not suitable for land preparation because the  tensile strength of the compacted soil is unfavourable.

  • a very close packed soil contains low air spaces in it and as a result of this it is not good for land preparation since the plant doesn't get an ample amount of Nutrition from the soil.
