Since you don’t provide a context for the question, I shall assume that you read something about women not being preferred for certain jobs.
Women would not be preferred for jobs involving upper body strength. Men have more of that and also can put on muscle quicker than women can.
Formula 1 driving or competing in Motorsports in general. Women don’t make it to top levels because it is physically difficult to compete consistently at that level with men. Again body strength and endurance matters here. But there are plenty of women working in the automobile and related technology fields in design, development, testing and so forth.
Deep sea fishing I think is another job women are not preferred for. Physically, men are better built for the demands of the job.
Same would go for security-related jobs, guard jobs in certain places where physically people have to be restrained from time to time, loading-unloading, anything which will need consistent application of muscular strength.
I could be wrong but for the longest time women were not given combat roles in the military because of the fear that they would be raped if taken prisoner during war. Consequence of such rape - pregnancy - might have been the driving logic for deeming women unfit for combat.
