Natural resources

Man made resources

Natural resources are classified as

On the basis of origin :

Biotic: Milk, Leather, timber etc…

Abiotic: Soil, rock and minerals.

On the basis of inexhaustiblity :

Renewable: Wind, hydel, solar energy…

Non-renewable resources: Coal and Petroleum

Basis of distribution:

Ubiquitous: Air and water

Localized: Coal mines, gold mines, etc…
