because saliva released from salivary glands which are present in digestive system makes chapati sweet while chewing it was realsed

Chappati contains carbohydrates. So, When we chew it, it releases starch, which starts the functioning taste of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates is sweet in nature. So it tastes sweet.
