atomic radius of fluorine is smaller than oxygen because oxygen lie in 16 group and fluorine lie in 17 group and we know that atomic radius decrease in period. That's why nuclear charge is to atomic radius of fluorine smaller than oxygen

In a periodic table atomic radius decreases from left to right.
So atomic no. of oxygen=8
And fluorine=9.
