Because chemical changes produce new substances, they often cannot be undone. For example, you can't change ashes from burning logs back into wood. Some chemical changes can be reversed, but only by other chemical changes.

Hii Mate here is your Answer,
We cannot Reverse any Chemical change because of the Following Reasons :
1. A new Substance is formed which cannot be revesed by us. That new Substance remains forever.
2. Usually in a chemical reaction , Bounding of elements and compounds breaks to form a new bounding which cannot be break again to reverse the process.
3.But However Some Chemical Reactions can be reversed due to breaking of ots bounds again.
