Why chemisorption has higher enthalpy than physisorption?

Answer:

this is because, in chemisorption reversible covalent bonds are formed leading to higher enthalpy( 240KJ)

but in physisorption , only non covalent interactions occur which are weak, so enthalpy is much less.
