Because they were not able to tell their problems to that teacher and of the teacher is so strict than he/she don't want to listen to student after any mistake.

I am a strict teacher in the sense that I like to make sure that a student has understood what they are required to do, I do not give arbitrary punishments and as I prefer discussion to exposition I see classroom interactions as a shared responsibility that is polite, rational and respectful of the views of others. If someone has a problems it is shared, if someone is distressed there is always some one to listen, someone to help. No-one is ‘better’ than anyone else and any concern or anxiety is prioritised until it’s resolved. I am absolutely clear about the principles and rationale that I work with and if someone identifies a fault in my argument then it will be changed/adapted with the support of the students/children. As I have never had a student demonstrate anger or hatred I can only suggest that children who hate strict teachers are different children to the ones I have met or their strict teacher is different to me.
