children are overactive as they are young and they are tension free. they are relaxed and even if they so some mischief people dont react and let it go so they are always active and fresh.

Answer- Yes, children are of course overactive and hyper. There are several reasons for this.

1. Children are stress-free.

Teenagers and adults lead a very hectic life and have a monotonous routine. They have various tensions at work, school or the family issues. Children, being immature, are free of all the stresses.  

2. Energy level of children is higher than that of an adult.

Children have high energy level since they are young. So, they are usually hyper, excited and really agile.
