Why China cannot be called a democratic country? Justify with revelent point?

You need atleast two players to play a game or else it shouldn't be called a game . It's somehow the best example of Chinese elections . Elections are held with no alternate choice . People can't chose someone else even if they want to simply because that other guy is not available to be chosen . Plus, the president of China has the power to implement the Constitution if his parliament allows to do so . it's like a party allowing its own leader to implement rules which benefit him as well as the party . They don't have an opposition like other democracies . Nobody cares about the wrong effects of their decision . That's why its easy to grow China . There you can literally bulldoze all of Dharavi and when someone shouts and criticizes the decision you can get him shot dead . You can't do that kind of things anywhere else because in other places people's voices matter .
