Why chloroacidic acids are more strong acid then formic acid?

Strenghth of a acid depends on how easily it can donate a proton(H+). Chloroacetic acid having a great tendency to done proton(ve+). So chloroacidic acid are more stronf then formic acid.

Chloroacidic acids is more acidic than the acetic acid due to electron .
