Because chlorophyll is contained in a cell organelle called chloroplast, which is not present in human cells.

Chlorophyll is a pigment found in plant which is used for synthesizing food with the help of sunlight.

there is no proven study yet on what happens to humans if chlorophyll is injected in their body.

there wont be any benefits either if we did since humans don't have the body mechanism to make use of the food made with the help of photosynthesis.
