why chloroplast are found only plant cell

Choloplast is a pigment that gives colour to parts of plants. So human and animals does not require any clour.

the green pigment in plants is called chloroplast. Plants are living things but they don't have hands and mouth as humans. For performing photosynthesis they have chloroplast.
