Chloroplast, leucoplast, and chromoplast are the parts of plastids and they specific functions :

Chloroplast gives green color to plant.

Chromoplast is doing photosynthesis.

Leucoplast does storage work.

And that's why they are known as living component's os plant cell.

And crystals,starch grains and aleuronic grains are not having

any functions like these and they are used in cell by other cell organelles.

That's why they are considered as non-living components of plant cell.
