It acquires a strong unpleasant odor. Fats add flavor to food but the best fats to add flavor to the food is animal and fish fats- butter, bacon, olive oil gives distinct flavor. Vegetable oils give the least flavor.

• Chocolates have almost 30% fat contents in it's chemical structure.

Which means,in 100 grams of chocolate there is almost 30 grams of fat contents.

• Due to this high amount of fat content,the chocolates have very high calorific value and extremely unhealthy for the health if consumed in excessive amount.
