Basically-the circulatory system nourishes and sustains the skeletal system and its supporting musculature . The skeletal system in turn provides a framework that spatially supports , protects and helps the circulatory system work eg- the ribs protect the heart and some skeletal muscles of the leg help pump back blood to the heart during exertion (soleus pump to be specific) . There is also a mutually protective relationship you could consider , taking for example the brain, spinal cord , skull, spinal vessels and efferent regulation of circulation by the Central nervous system
