The clayey soil is good for growing wheat because the soil has good capacity of holding water and roots of plant get enough water,air and space to grow in proper manner.

the clayey - loamy soil is preferred for growing wheat because 1) it has high humus contained. 2) it is porousand contain sufficient water and air 3) it is good for cultivation
