Why climate change is important for foreign country

It is because climate of some countries does not changes like climate of Switzerland is always very cold and climate of Egypt is very hot. So if they go to another country in which the climate is opposite to their own country then they cannot adapt themselves to the climate and finally suffer from cold, sickness or other diseases
