Due to frequent wind movement between the land and water occduring in coastal areas.
Coastal areas will generally have more moderate temperatures than inland areas because of the heat capacity of the ocean.

Thanks ✌✌

coastal climates are eguable because, Coastal areas will generally have more moderate temperatures than inland areas because of the heat capacity of the ocean.
First let’s define specific heat. It is the amount of heat required to raise the temp of body by 1°C. So it is difficult to raise/ lower the temp of body with high specific heat than lower one.
So why every day the land heats much faster than the sea, and every night the land cools faster. When the land heats up, the air above it heats up as well. On the other hand, the ocean heats up and cools down relatively slowly. Therefore, areas near the ocean generally stay cooler during the day and have a more.. moderate temperature range than inland areas

shifa259: thank you
