why cocked food spoil within less time but not uncocked food. give reason

not all foods get spoiled quicker when cooked eg meat
but in cases where it does happen it is because its makes the food easier to break down .when you cook vegetables its most of nutrients are removed and due to the removal of the strong protein bond the food spoils easily

coocked food contain moisture in it .bacterial action is faster in moistfood than uncooked food so cooked food spoils in less time
