Heya
Here is your answer
_____________________________________________________________
Coke is made by heating coal in absence of air
The reasons it is used to reduce Zinc Oxide are
1. It is cheap
2. As it has carbon in it.......it reacts to give carbon dioxide or carbon monooxide
ZnO + C ⇒ Zn + CO
In case of Zinc CO i.e. carbon monoxide is formed
3. It requires low temperature than others i.e. 673 K
