The balanced equation for the reaction of ammonia with sulfuric acid is

2NH3 + H2SO4 ----> (NH4)2SO4

OR

2NH4OH + H2SO4=(NH4)2SO4+2H
we will not get ammonia as a product. So it is Not used

Answer:

Conc. sulphuric acid is acidic in nature whereas ammonia gas is basic, so they would react with each other.
