in condensation the hot air as touches the object (which is as compared cold to air)forms water droplets on the surface of the object. While as in evaporation water or water droplets are been heated and converted into water vapours. Therefore in condensation from air droplets are formed and in evaporation the droplets are changed to vapours or gas . Therefore they can be called reverse process.
Thank you.

Answer:

condensation is the reverse process of evaporation because in condensation water vapour in the atmosphere gets converted into water droplets or ice. During condensation, the latent heat locked in water vapour is released back into the atmosphere.
