why cooking is fast when a cooker is kept on the blue flame

we know that there are three zones of a flame.

1)) outer zone

2)) middle zone

3)) inner zone

outer zone (part) is the hottest among these zones of a flame. and there is complete combustion of flame. it's colour is blue.

in middle zone, the temperature is moderate and there is partial combustion of flame. it's colour is red or yellow type.

and the innermost zone has the least temperature. there is incomplete combustion of flame and colour is black.

now, which is the hottest among this three??

ofcourse, the outermost zone or part. and it's colour is blue. therefore cooker kept on blue flame will be faster as in this flame, it will get more heat and temperature. so it will be easy to cook faster.
