Why cooking pans does not have metal handles??

because metals are good conductors of heat . As a result if you catch the handle of pan your hand can burn

because metal hand metal heat up very quickly so if we try to pick the metal handle by our hands after cooking our hand will burn out so it is not safe to use metal handles those cooking pans are used to made of wood etc.
