because cu is less reactive than H so I.e.,why its doesn't react with H2SO4.
and no displacement reaction occur

Copper comes after hydrogen in reactivity series so copper cannot displace hydrogen atoms from sulphuric acid to form copper sulphate. Therefore, it doesn't react with dilute sulphuric acid.
Reactivity series:
Lithium > Potassium > Sodium > Calcium > magnesium > aluminium > iron > zinc > tin > lead > hydrogen > copper > silver > gold.

Thanks.
