Explanation:

FIRST OF ALL WHY IS TYNDALL EFFECT?

TYNDALL EFFECT IS DUE TO THE SCATTERING OF LIGHT BY THE PARTICLES.

COPPER SULPHATE CRYSTALS ARE HIGHLY SOLUBLE IN WATER AND THEY FORM A TRUE SOLUTION IN WATER. THE SIZE OF THE PARTICLES IN WATER ARE VERY SMALL WHICH ARE NOT ABLE TO SCATTER LIGHT SO THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SHOW TYNDALL EFFECT.

APART FROM THIS, MILK AND WATER ARE HETEROGENEOUS MIXTURE AND THEY POSSES COLLOIDAL SOLUTION.
